Quotations
Quotations are based on the specifications, quantity, materials, packaging, delivery term and currency stated in the written offer. Unless otherwise stated, a quotation is not a binding order and may be revised when requirements or costs change.
Samples and development
Sample fees, tooling, freight, revision scope and schedule are confirmed before work starts. Approval of samples or drawings authorizes production to the approved specification. Later changes may affect cost and delivery.
Orders and payment
An order becomes effective after written confirmation and receipt of the agreed deposit or payment. Quantities, tolerances, payment milestones and cancellation terms follow the proforma invoice or signed contract.
Production and quality
We manufacture according to the approved specification and applicable agreed standards. Reasonable production tolerances may apply. Customer-supplied artwork, trademarks and technical information must be legally authorized.
Packaging, logistics and risk
Packaging, Incoterms, freight, insurance, customs documents and destination charges follow the written order. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed. Risk transfers according to the agreed Incoterm.
Inspection and claims
Customers should inspect goods promptly after receipt. Quantity shortages, visible damage or conformity claims must be supported by photos, video, batch information and shipping documents within the period stated in the contract.
Liability and changes
Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control. Specific signed contracts override these general terms. We may update these website terms for future transactions; the version accepted with an order remains applicable to that order.
